Things got a little too hot to handle for a group of inmates at the Eastern Correctional Institution, and they each will now face new arson charges after three separate incidents, the Maryland State Fire Marshal announced on Thursday.
On March 19, deputy state fire marshals served criminal summonses at the facility in Westover, charging Matthew Moore, 33, Dylan Davin, 29, and River Donovan, 28, over the past few weeks.
