The Massachusetts-born founder of an addiction recovery app was picked up by an Uber in 2021 and was never seen alive again, reports say.
Human remains found in an abandoned property in Santa Monica were identified on Saturday, May 6 as 39-year-old Beau Mann, according to the Santa Monica Police.
Mann, who is from Oxford, Massachusetts, according to Telegram, founded Sober Grid, an app designed to support those recovering from addictions through an online community and peer coaching.
