BMW Driver Charged With DWI After Fiery I-495 Crash Leaves Motorist Dead: State Police A motorist was killed in a fiery crash on I-495 in Fairfax County early on Sunday, Aug. 16, and Virginia State Police say the driver of the other vehicle has now been charged with driving while intoxicated.
