The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office has announced charges against a 60-year-old man accused of firing shots into a neighbor's home.
Michael L. Norcia, 60, was arrested following the shooting around noon Friday, Aug. 7, on Hidden Glen Road, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said on Monday, Aug. 10. Norcia lives on Mill Glen Court, an adjacent street that backs up to Hidden Glen Road, according to Musella.

A 46-year-old Manhattan man has been charged after a boat overturned near Liberty Island, killing a 27-year-old woman and a 5-month-old baby, authorities said.
Manuel Hernandez was arrested at 2:27 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, within the NYPD's 72nd Precinct, and charged with 13 counts of reckless endangerment, an NYPD spokesperson said.
